SOUL MUSIC is a celebration of identity – of finding it, of losing it, of confronting it and drawing strength from identity’s deepest well, the soul. The soul connects our past and our future with the present.

SOUL MUSIC is a voice for the younger generation in which to explore their dreams, aspirations and identities. It’s a musical journey which explores individual notions of stereotype, the powerful spirit of one person’s voice and the dynamic shifts that can be made through like-minded souls banding together to create a bright and exciting future.

SOULS ENTWINED
Directed by Penny Mullen
Featuring works by Gina Rings, Elise May & Richard Causer

SOULS ENTWINED is a collaborative dance experience that highlights the diversity of Australian culture through mesmeric movement, music and storytelling. Esteemed Indigenous choreographer Gina Rings alongside Elise May and Richard Causer from Expressions Dance Company will present a diverse range of dance works showcasing the unique qualities of the ACPA dance majors.

The multi-talented students of ACPA present a world premier of a bold, theatrical and musical production. They take us on joyous and poignant journeys of self-discovery through song, dance, poetry and comedy.
